The Arena has been built as part of Cirencester Town Football Club’s ongoing development programme. It provides the club, local community and commerce with a facility they can be proud of and it also marks the introduction of the first such facility outside the professional game in this country.

Whilst our club teams will use the Arena for training especially in adverse weather conditions, the facility is also available to you. It may be that you just want to have a training session with your team but you may prefer to add a competitive edge to your game and enter our five a side leagues. They will be played on Monday and Wednesday evenings with referees to control your game and will provide you with a great experience on indoor five a side on a third generation artificial surface known as Astroplay. The surface is the same as used by Manchester United, Celtic and FC Porto for their indoor training facilities, so we’re in good company.

Though the leagues will feature highly in our promotion of the Arena, there are three configurations of pitch available. These are:

60 x 40 – full pitch option
30 x 40 – half pitch option
30 x 20 – five a side option

The flexibility of the Arena is a key feature and we can adapt the playing area to suite your needs. Come and see the facility for yourself and realise what it can offer you in terms of a football experience you will not wish to pass by.

Have you considered hiring the Arena with your friends for a social game or for your company’s football championships? You can select the pitch option you need and then have some food afterwards washed down with a refreshing and rewarding drink? Sounds good?
